Graham, thank you for the video, it’s good to watch and informative. I’m interested in the sails, you made them from reinforced pvc? Did you shape the sail? Any tips on the process would be appreciated.
Hi Matt, glad you enjoyed the video. The sails are simply made from polytarp. Just fold the hems over with double sided carpet tape, incorporate a bolt rope if you want. They are completely flat, they seem to induce their own curve as the wind fills them. Not sophisticated but close enough for government work.
