Thames '22 The Raid that never happened.

I'm still crawling out from under the stone called Covid into the new dystopia. The rest of the world might think it's all over but I'm still a bit hesitant about shaking hands with friends never mind strangers.

Brexit has Bolloxed everything. The pubs can't get staff, there is even a shortage of Lock Keepers, the campsites are closed through lack of investment and an excess of "can't be arsed" on the part of the Environment Agency.

Give me my Brexit Dividend now, beer costs £5 a pint in Abingdon.

Babylon is burning, Diesel costs nearly £2 a litre, the cost of heating a home will have trebled by autumn but no sign of a single green initiative from the Tories.

Nevermind, the Sun Shone, the river was quiet and it still rolls on down to the sea.

Anyhoo, here are some photos from the raid that didn't happen. I wasn't there, I didn't see nuffin.

Great while it lasted, now back to the present.
